Step 1: Assessment

The process begins by getting to know you. We take time to understand your mobility, lifestyle, and fitness experience through a series of assessments.

Step 2: Your Program

The key to a successful program? It needs to fit your lifestyle.
We take what we’ve learned from your assessment to create a unique training plan that works for you.

Step 3: The Practice

Then we get to the most important part, consistency.
This is where you do the workouts. Post exercise videos and receive training feedback. Get your questions answered, and learn new skills every step of the way.

TRAINING

Q: What if I don't know how to do the exercises?

A: No worries! Each exercise has a YouTube video demo of the movement, and there are exercise details on the TrueCoach App.

Q: Do I need to download any software?

A: We send out workouts and communicate via the TrueCoach app!

Q: Do I need a gym membership?

A: No! Because we’re using a program created for you, we’ll work with what you have. However, if your goals require certain pieces of equipment, we’ll talk about what you do need and how you can get it through your assessment.

Q: Are the programs full-body? body-part splits? how are they structured?

A: Most of our workouts are full body workouts, with a body part focus on certain days. But it all depends on what your specific program calls for.

Q: What if I have an injury and can’t do a specific exercise? How will I know what to do?

A: Before we start your program, we do a movement assessment to determine what exercises work for your you. That way, we’ll ensure that all movements are appropriate for you.

Q: How do I contact you to ask a question?

A: For client support, I’m available through the TrueCoach app and text for emergencies!

BILLING

Q: How do payments work?

A: For payment, we use an automatic subscription model. You’ll be charged via credit card directly on the same day you signed up each month.

Q: What's the commitment? Is there a contract?

A: We require a 3-month minimum to start! Sustainable results take time to achieve. To ensure you stick with the program long enough to get results, we require a 3 month commitment!

Q: How can I cancel?

A: After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel anytime by sending us an email saying you want to cancel! (Hello@Whitelotusfl.com)

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?

A: We have a no-risk sign-up policy which means that within the first 3 days (72 hours) of your enrollment you can cancel with a complete refund and no questions asked if you decide that we aren’t the right fit for you!
